|We will keep you fully informed on the status of your shipment, and provide you with tracking information.|
|How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?|
|Please note that once an order has begun processing or has been placed, the order is can no longer be adjusted. If you need to change quantities, please do so BEFORE PAYMENT is made or place a new order for additional quantities requesting the orders ship together. Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is received. Payment is non-refundable.
|How do I track my order?|
|We will send you an email with notification that your order has shipped and provide tracking information.|
|My order was received damaged.|
|We recommend that your order be shipped to a professional receiver. Please inspect all orders upon receipt of shipment, and mark on bill of lading any damage to box or fixtures.
Be assured we will take the lead on filing a claim -- but we will only be successful with your full cooperation. We will work with you toward minimizing your expenses should replacements necessary.
***YOU MUST PLEASE TAKE PHOTOS DOCUMENTING ANY DAMAGE TO OUTSIDE OF BOXES, PACKING MATERIALS, AND OF DAMAGE TO PRODUCT/s!!***
This step is crucial, as shipping companies will require proof of damage. Please report damage to Customer Service at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving shipment. Keep all original packing materials at receiving location until further notification. You may be required to allow access to an inspector.
|An item is missing from my shipment.|
|Sometimes items or boxes are separated during shipment. The shipper normally delivers the missing box the following day. If you have received all of your order, but have concerns an item is missing, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.|
|My product is missing parts.|
|Please contact email@example.com and we can assist you.|
|When will my backorder arrive?|
|All items are shipped together on the same order. Unless we have been in clear communication with you regarding an exception, your order will not ship until all items are ready to be shipped together. Items are not backordered, as such.|
